Each of our jewelry is slipped into a recycled cotton pouch made in France, then placed in a pretty drawer box on which the name of our brand is written. All our jewelry is accompanied by our certificate of authenticity, our care instructions and a thank you card specially designed to embody the brand.
You can pay for your purchases by credit cards or bank cards, via your Paypal account.
Our BAU parts are guaranteed for 1 year from the date of purchase. To activate your warranty, it is necessary to provide us with your invoice.
This guarantee only covers manufacturing defects, that is to say if the state of wear was not natural. It will not be applicable in the following cases: to process your requests, send us one or more photos + your invoice to the address hello@bau-paris.com
Simply send us an email with one or more photos + your invoice to hello@bau-paris.com . We will then establish a quote that you must validate before any work to restore the beauty of your jewelry.
After-sales service parts will be processed within 6 to 8 weeks.
After making contact by email, we will give you the postal address where you can send your jewelry. Shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
The warranty covers all our parts, including those purchased from a dealer. It is valid for 1 year from the date of purchase.
If you would like to give new life to your jewelry by applying new gilding, send us your request by email to hello@bau-paris.com. We will then establish a quote and we will take care of your part as soon as it is validated.
