What size jewelry do you need?

For bracelets - cords

Measure the circumference of your wrist using a tape measure. The tape should be snug, but not too tight!
Size S : less than 16.5 cm | Size M : between 16.5 and 18 cm | Size L : between 18 and 20 cm

For rings

Download the ring sizer and size chart

Here are 3 possibilities:

Download and print the ring sizer at full size from your printer. Check that the ring sizer is to scale by placing your ruler on the 1 cm scale located just above the ring sizer. Take a ring that fits the finger on which you wish to wear your new BAU ring. Slide this ring over the circles below until one of them fits perfectly inside your ring. Note that the black circle must be fully visible and as close as possible to the inside of your ring.

— Take a personal ring that fits the finger on which you wish to wear your new BAU ring. Use a ruler to measure the inside diameter of your ring. Then refer to the size chart.

— If you don't have a ring available, measure the circumference of your finger in millimeters using a tape measure or a piece of string, which you can then measure with a ruler. Then refer to the size chart.
(Note: this method is the least reliable).
